The best is Wordpress for me. But you have to decide what you want to create before choosing one of those.

I absolutely LOVE WordPress! It's fairly easy to customize by writing your own themes and plugins and the community is great (it's pretty easy to get help).

Those CMS have its own plus and minus. Wordpress is the best for blogging because it more user friendly and has many blog enhancement. But if you want a more complex website with tons feature, better if you using Joomla, it is more customable, more flexible, has tons extensions, and you can make everything with this CMS. But if you want to make a site that has a complex user level and user access, Drupal is the best..

So, the decision is yours.. :)

Wordpress is the most popular and easiest to learn, but Drupal and Joomla are more flexible. I prefer Wordpress or Drupal though; Joomla's support doesn't compare to those to.

Wordpress is more of a blogging platform and Joomla is better if you are looking for a full fledged CMS . WP is like crayons - easy to use and less complicated and joomla is like watercolours - easy to mess up with but if you get a grip of it you can create a masterpiece ! If you are looking for only blogging then go for wordpress . If you are looking to make a very commercial website then go for Drupal or joomla . More options and access to hard code .
