First off I would make sure it is a wordpress issue and not an issue with the vps itself. are you running any sort of protection on your vps?

we're on a shared server... @ craiger.. i'm pretty sure its a wordpress issue... one of the plugins probably.. because the other sites on the same server dont show any such errors..

    Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried looking for hidden code on the theme itself? I have seen a few free themes that have been altered with the added code and distributed all over the internet.

Also, try de-activating one plugin at a time to see if you can pinpoint which one is causing the problem.

Recently my blog was also affected by virus. I found that my Sniper video plugin was responsible for it. However the problem got solved when I upgraded my plugin..

The virus attack may be of 2 reasons. The server files are affected from webmaster's PC having virus or from other shared hosting.
Cleanup all index.php and index.html files in all folders including the root folder

It seems this is an iframe injection.
