I'm starting a new website for special cut of movies. I can't choose between these two:
A- WP Video Theme/Plugin
OR
B- Standalone Video Script (like clipbucket ..)

Which one is better with these priories and which script or theme do you suggest?

It all depends on how you want to use the script? do you want to upload the videos on your own server or go want to upload on youtube privately and put some share to watch kind of thing?
