Wordpress Video Help

    Hi there,

    I have started a new wordpress blog and I want to add flash videos to me posts. I upload using FTP due to the videos being around 20mb in size each. How do I add these to a post?

    When I use the add video by URL option it simply links to the video in a new full screen window with no options for pause, play, volume ect, please help.

    you will need to use code that looks something like the following, it may need you to search deeper to customise it etc

    <EMBED SRC="videos/pat.mov" HEIGHT=x WIDTH=x>
