Hello, right now I'm using wordpress for a tutorial website (http://phonuts.org/) and the urls are like this (http://phonuts.org/?p=947)... Now I've heard that it would be better to change these to let's say (http://phonuts.org/text-effects/3D-text-with-special-smoke)? Is this true and how should I do this, because if I change these settings all the individual pages wil loose their pagerank? I know wordpress itself will redirect them to the correct pages but I'm worried that my website will drop out of google... And also, does alexa ranking picure like this improves your alexa ranking?
