Unable to create directory /home/green1/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2008/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server? Back to Image Uploading Not sure why this is showing up, what to I need to edit the permission to it is currently set at 755? Currently I am not able to upload any images.
I have yet to figure out how to do a screen shot on a MAC. "Unable to create directory /home/green1/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2008/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server? Back to Image Uploading" That is what it is showing when I try to upload an image. Something went wrong months ago when I moved the site or added something to it. I tried changing some of the permissions to 777 and gave up after a dozen attempts to up load my images. EDIT: It appears that it is trying to upload it to ......uploads/2008/11 and the file does not exist. I have: / public_html / wp-content / uploads / 2008 / (Current Folder) Create New Folder Upload file(s) Up one level 02 775 03 755 04 755 05 755 06 755 07 755 Create New File I tried to create a "11" but I can't figure out how to duplicate the 02-07 folder format.
