Wordpress Updates / Support Forums - Down

Anyone know what's happening with the update / support sections of the Wordpress site? As far as I can see, no updates anywhere on the site and I'm useless at searching for these things.

I'd like to update my blog to the latest software but cannot download it from anywhere, annoyingly.
