wordpress twitch stream and youtube video share

    Is there something that users can share their twitch stream and youtube videos?

    I mean 2 pages:

    1. Stream
    2. Videos

    In both pages is list of streams or videos that user shared.

    I have some idea and wanted to ask is that possible. Site would be powered by Wordpress. Idea is when user is registered that he have option to put youtube video and twitch stream on site.
    Just imagine wordpress page called Streams and you see this
    http://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/StarCraft%20II%3A%20Heart%20of%20the%20Swarm

    then imagine another wordpress page called Videos and you can see same thing but insteam twitch streams there would be youtube videos.
