Wordpress Twenty Fourteen Styles Plugin

    Recently, I added a styles plugin, with mixed success.

    The customizer will not finish loading on my home computer.

    It will fully load and works fine on my work computer.

    what would prevent this plugin from loading on my home computer. Browser? Operating System? Security Program?
