What's the problem? Make a template and prepare it for WordPress.

It's so easy to use WordPress as a "normal" website. Simply navigate to "settings" and choose the "reading" option. There you'll find the option "Front page displays"

Choose "static page" and then choose which page you want to be displayed. (You'll have to have already created this page to choose it.)

VIOLA - your WordPress blog is now "acting" like a "normal" website.

From there - it's simply a matter of choosing a theme.

Some of my clients will change the title of the "blog posts" widget to "articles" and then will display blog posts in the navigation sidebar so those blog posts can provide more information buyers need to know.

Get a good theme from themeforest.net and follow "divva's" advice.

You will have a perfect wordpress site. :)

If you want to save a lot of time, get a theme from the web and tweak it. You can find a good list here

There is so much you can do with Wordpress, just google your question and keep Wordpress as the core of your site. ;)
