Wordpress Thumbnails

    Is there a plugin or a hack that can help me to add a thumbnail to my blog category's and each post of this category gonna take the same thumbnail?

    I spend about 2 hours searching on google but no luck :( maybe someone know a hack or a modification that can do that?
