Need wordpress landing page that's customizable. I'm promoting an e-product so I need it to be optimized for sales and conversions.

3 columns, left side for content (so it would naturally take up most of the real estate space), middle column for categories where you click and sub-categories are provided, and right column will serve vertical banner ads.

Subsequent pages will need to have the main design as well since every new page I create is essentially an additional product.
