    Develop in order to sell it in Flippa. If it's sold in DP with good price, will not take it to Flippa. Reason why try in DP first, because no need listing fee in DP

    Could I ask if your only accepting BIN price? As you said you will only accept BIN or move to Flippa, however you appear to have auction details. Please clarify
