Does anyone know of any free or paid wordpress themes that run any of these wordpress theme distribution sites like themesplice or themesbase? I want to start a wordpress theme site and have the ability to accept submissions, have ratings--I'd like it to be a full-featured wordpress theme site.
You may use plugins for the ratings. As for submissions, you can easily do that by requiring users to be member of your site so that they can post their submissions via the admin page, just set the 'role' to author, and then edit the submissions. You may use any themes; just look for themes with great search page. Good luck to your theme hunting!
