Hi, I want to start a wordpress and blogger themes gallery.I'm not a designer so I will just grab the themes from the internet and put theme on my website, the thing is i don't know if it's legal or against the adsense policy, And I don't know if I should get permission from the themes developers? Thanks (hope this is the right section for my topic.)
There are many free wordpress themes over internet you can use if you leave a link in the footer to the website of the web designer. Using a free theme is legal and not against adsense policy.
