It means, you can sell them anywhere on the internet, distribute for free, make them PLR, include them in your other products, change or modify, and pretty much anything with the themes, and you can use them worldwide, under ANY language of communication.

The only thing you don't get is exclusive rights, which means I can still use it (I use 2 of the themes for my resume portfolio to get works). You can even CHANGE author name (mine) to your own name.
