Selling a wordpress themes and plugins site. All themes and plugins are original. Site is a PR3 with an average of $60 per month and 3000 unique visitors per month. Sale is for site and ownership of themes and plugins. Asking price is $2650. Ideal buyer will not be someone who thinks taking over a site with custom built themes and plugins for $2650 is paying too much for the site because the site only averages $60 and 3000 unique visitors per month. Such a buyer would not be intending to upkeep the site and continue the products development and providing support to users, thus such a buyer will not be right for the site. The site is being sold because it needs a new owner who will have the time for it. I'm not able to keep up with it because I have too much else going on. Meanwhile there is an active community of users who are wanting to see the products grow and wanting better support than I can provide.
