    what wordpress theme can i use to build images site where users can response to image which text +image ?
    i need a theme that user upload image and write some text ,other user response to this image with text +image ?

    Well is that something like Pinterest?

    However you may not find a theme like that but you can use any theme and make a modification on comment section that will allow people to upload also images so on their comment you will see their comment plus image.

    I think, you are in need of extension not theme. correct?

    I think you need to search extension for manage images not theme, you can search themes available with extension from this website : www.themeforest.net
