    Just grab something from themeforest and a few pics from istock to drill it down to something health oriented and call it a day.

    Exactly. You can take ANYTHING and call it a "health" theme. It's not about the theme, it's about the website. It's all about the images, colors and other graphics.

    and the content, of course.
