wordpress theme with NBA team logo

    1. am I allowed to use it and post it in free themes site?
    2. am I aloowed to use this theme to my own site (only) ans then sell the whole site to someone else?

    Short answer: Of course you do not have the rights to use NBA trademarked logo for commercial purposes without permission.

    Whether it is a small enough risk that you are willing to take is a personal question.

    I changed the images with the boston celtics logo to something else...

    NightVisioN- Thanks! nice to hear such toughts ;) too bad some other wp themes buyers don't think like you do.
