The new owner can either have the themes sponsored / paid for by link sponsors and release them, or you can add your own footer / sidebar links to the themes and release them for free, this will create loads of backlinks for either you or the sponsors who pay you to include their links.

Looking to sell ASAP, i'll be online all day and am able to complete the transaction / sale / transfer immediately. Ive put a lot of time into the designs but am willing to cut my loses.. the new owner will need to add some content here and there to increase the traffic, there is a massive niche here and with some work this site will become very solid, especially if you release the themes included with a simple footer link back to FreeWPthemeZ.com, this will gain PR very fast also you have the option of allowing only members to download the files, this will build a solid email list / members.

BIN Bonus.. I will dig up a few other themes ive created in the past also, what you do with them is up to you.
