Wordpress theme --> Toy related --> vector based graphics

    Hi there,

    Looking for some help on a custom Wordpress theme or a standard one tweaked.

    Needs to be branded for a site about webkinz world with proper vector based graphics. Let me know if you can handle this and for what prices... looking for a 40-60 USD offer.
