People can design or customize wordpress themes into a certain extent. The site you are referring here is a great bespoke design. Its not wordpress its classic asp. If you really want to go to that level you have to design it from scratch. According to my experience its possible to quickly archive this level with asp.net.
It's a very simple site. It's not classic ASP, it's a script. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen a WP site that I can start with that is already similar.
