Buying Wordpress theme template

    OK I need a wordpress template made that will look like this design

    The menu would be made up of 'pages' and the 'news' page would feature the blog posts, the latest news on the homepage would be the latest blog posts.

    Please PM with your cost and timescales for doing this and examples of work like this.
