The magazine theme would be nice and just put construction images as the background. I thinks its kind of pretty nice if you keep it simple.
There are a lot of great professional themes at ThemeForest, easy to be customized for whatever business / service website you are using. Do you need any special pages, features, etc? Or you could get someone to design one for you too!
