Wordpress Theme Sponsorship/Sale Business including 21 Themes!

Due to restrictions on my available time & a need for quick cash I have to sell one of my WordPress theme sites. The site can generate revenue in the following ways:

• Sale of Sponsored links on WordPress themes
• Sale of WordPress themes
• Lead generation for custom theme design
• General advertising (adsense, and there are several suitable clickbank products to promote on the site)

The domain was bought by me as an expired domain last year. It was a PR4 then, and still is now. It has some nice .edu links and stuff, check it out.

I will include details of where my designs come from for the new owner. I use one guy to do the PSD design, and a couple of different people to code the designs. A PSD usually costs around $35, and coding around $25 for a total of $60. You should be able to double your money on each theme AND get a bunch of backlinks too – either that or do the designs yourself & keep all the cash 

Sponsorship on the other 18 themes at the same price would return you 18x120= $2040

I haven't run any adsense or affiliate stuff on the site (was waiting till I got another few sponsorships done, hence more links and traffic).

This is a good business model. My other theme site went from a new domain to strong PR5 in one update - I could easily sell links off that site if I decided to. Each time you release a theme there is a surge of traffic also.
