Wordpress theme similar to this?

    Anyone know of a Wordpress theme similar to this website? It's a pretty simple layout, I just can't find anything nice looking in a layout similar.

    Get somebody with some Photoshop skills and the rest is pretty easy to replicate. I love that see-thru nav bar. Typography is easy on the eyes too.

    Given any theme I can easily change the design aesthetic. I don't create themes I change the look & feel.
