Wordpress Theme Sharing Script Price Please

    Hello since themes.wordpress.net is going to be stopping sponsored themes I was thinking of starting a new site just like it or codex.

    I would like.

    -How many download the theme has to show up.
    -Live theme demo like on themes.wordpress.net
    -screen shot
    -profiles were you click there profile and all there themes come up with 200X200 pixel screen shots.
    -Private message system were people can message eachother about themes and sponsoring.

    Give me a price please.
