Wordpress Theme - Quick migration to 2.7

I basically want someone to edit my theme that was working properly on 2.6.3 to work properly with 2.7.1+.

Editing work:
log in/out
comment
etc

Payment: $10 CAD - Paypal, If done quick and works properly i will change that to usd.

well, basically you just need to make it work with 2.7.1, wordpress.org even has a guide in what changed

it wont be much, i am just a little busy/lazy
