Wordpress theme & plugin problem

  1. #1
    I installed wordpress manually in my godday windows shared hosting account.
    But can't change any theme & plugin options/settings. I tried to edit several theme & plugin settings but whenever i change or edit & click save/ok then wordpress u/n password page loads again & again. please help

    Are u using the latest wordpress ?? you just have to click on the theme image to change are u doing that or somethin else ?

    Im using wp 2.8.3
    whenever i try to change any theme option from dashboard or try to add something with plugin
    it's redirect me to the wordpress login page, then if i put my username & password, the page loads again.
    don't have any idea about that

    I was have a restriction with many plugin at my old hosting. Then i contact admin hosting for ask the reason..

    I think there might be some issue with .htaccess file on your server, it may create problem. If you have checked the installation version of wordpress and it is latest one then cross check the code of .htaccess file in root directory. There might be some admin issue.

    Try to uninstall the current Wordpress and reinstall that again. And then try to set plugin for default template. If it is working fine then the issue is with your theme.
