    I need the free 2015 default theme modified so that the post page looks like this:

    I'll need a mod I can easily put a header at the top

    Notice the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons? I'll need that too

    My budget is $50 but I can only pay 33% once the modified mockup is LIVE on your server and I approve the work

    I will pay the other 33% after you've emailed me the files and I install on my site

    Once the theme works great on my site, I pay the final 33%
