Wordpress theme modification services needed.

    Hi

    These are my requirements for my existing wordpress theme:-

    1. Custom Sign up and login form. Example:- https://member.webmd.com/register.aspx . The Header must remain there itself and sign up or login or form under it.

    2. Member's account info, Photo, contact and newsletter he subscribed or not.

    3. Quiz(Like Polls) at front page. When user want to join quiz it is compulsary to sign up.

    4. How many points he got for his quiz in his account Control panel.
