Initially the PSD was based around a pre-made WP theme, however most developers told me it would be much faster to just slice a new theme and inter grade it. 2 developers have bailed on this project already, so don't be the 3rd one. I need it done fast, which is why I'm looking for a developer that is dedicated and can knock this out in a matter of hours.
