i downloaded and tried but its acting really weird can I find it somewhere else or one similiar to that

 

for looking detail you can get information in css site
> whatstrading.com/wp-content/themes/talian-10/style.css

 

The theme is working fine.I have tested it.
You will need to edit style.css to customize it to your needs.
What kind of problem are you having?
