Wordpress theme like this?

hi,

wanting to build a website,
and trying to use some CMS systems, joomla and wordpress with Buddypress.
here is the pic showing the layout i want, is it possible to build a Wordpress theme like that?

In this case you can hire someone to do that for you...

 

The preview image you are refreing, it seems like a proper CMS. Well, if you have good designing skills you can surely get it done on photoshop and then XHtml/CSS. And then implementation to wordpress or any other CMS. And for wordpress, im sure it will take proper use of "custom fields" and wordpress Loops.

There are plenty of themes just like this. Try searching for wordpress magazine style theme, or consider buying premium themes.
