Wordpress Theme Help

    I just installed this theme. It's pissing me off in the extreme.

    The front page:edited

    See how it has a middle column? I don't see any options to take that out of there. It's also screwed up near the top where content will be

    I want to make the whole site look like it does on the about page here: edited

    How can I do it?
