    Try to use thesis. Most of bloggers use this theme for their blogs. Its highly customizable, No need of HTML / CSS / PHP Knowledge. It costs little bit more as it is Search Engine Optimized.. but will help you to get good traffic from search engine.

    hey try wordpress blogging platform, Its almost same as blogger and have more customizations options.
