WordPress theme for a blog

    I ran my website through PageSpeed Insights. All the fixes seem simple enough, but some issues came up related to the WordPress theme for my blog. I tried Googling WordPress themes for SEO, but when I type them into the search bar WordPress it says that it can't find the theme. Themes like Astra or Avada sound popular, but those aren't coming up either.

    Since I'm having trouble finding specific themes, are there certain traits in a theme that I should be looking for that are more SEO friendly? Or if I decide to go with a blank canvas and redo a few things from the ground up, is there anything I should avoid doing for SEO purposes?

    when u choose the wordpress theme,pls avoid themes that are overly complex with bloated features that can slow down your site.
