    I need some minor wordpress theme edits. The edits include the following.

    You will basically be mimicking the home page layout of another site including the placement of the mailing list form, a change from 3 columns to 2 columns and shifting of the content accordingly.

    Making the top nav fixed when one scrolls down the page and rearranging the navigation links according to my instruction.
