Buying Wordpress theme editor required to edit my new theme. a.s.a.p - must have experience

Hello

I require the following edit's to a new theme design:

1. Require more space created for my logo to be shown.
2. Require a box designed and placed into my site for top 5 hosting review banners (will show you)
3. Require 4 125x125 boxes where i can place advertisements at the bottom of my site.
4. Require a box to be rounded as a curve rather then a square box.
5. Require my post number to be shorter on the front page
