    You can easily edit a wordpress theme, if the theme is your creation, you can add a sponsor link to the footer section. Is this what you are asking?

    You can easily add sponsor link through wp admin control panel through link option.

    you can login wp admin and then edit .php files to add your sponsor links

    Yeah, just do it through your wp admin... go to Themes>Edit I think.

    You could get this program called Artisteer and make Wordpress themes with that. Then just edit the footer.php file if you want to sell sponsorship.
