Maybe it's because of all the itrader points that your missing out on some good quality web developers. As an example, take a look at my blog. Read the post about how I hacked my own theme, and compare it to the original. I'm no web developer but that's not really the point. What I'm saying is that there are a lot of people with out itrader who can do this job.
iTrader isnt really the best thing to go by.. They could be selling things that have nothing to do with design what-so-ever www.kyee.co.uk

I've been tweaking wordpress themes for past year or so, for clients and myself, from coding themes from psd to css/xhtml and then wordpress to editing themes, adding all sort of things, making plugins, etc. I think I could help!
