Buying Wordpress Theme Designer/Coder

    I am looking for a fairly simple theme to be created for me, I have a fairly low budget.

    I can't see the work taking any longer than 1-3 hours if you are talented.

    If you are interested please PM me.

    If possible estimate how much you would charge for a simple wordpress theme.

    Does this include designing the "simple theme" as well, or do you have a theme/psd already selected?
