Buying Wordpress theme designer & coder WANTED

    I need a basic wordpress theme that is simple, easy to navigate, and looks good. It also needs to support adsense. It'll be a 3 column theme, but I don't want a ton of graphics. I'll give you examples of what I need done.

    I'd like to see a portfolio or previous work done. The theme must be completed with in 72 hours from the time you accept.

    Just so you understand. I will want the original PSDs, a guarantee that you'll never sell this again, and it MUST be coded.
