Hey everyone. I am looking for someone to design and code me a wordpress theme for my girlfriend who has just started a Fashion blog. She has a design on paper (a good one) however we need it doing in Photoshop then obviously creating for a wordpress theme. The design she has is very good, unique and well needs someone who has experience in coding WP themes. However we are on a budget so quotes would be good. Thanks
