    I've created a Photoshop design that I'd like cut into a Wordpress theme. The PSD obviously doesn't include all the necessary components that a Wordpress theme needs, so I need someone who can work intelligently and expand a bit on what I've done in order to make a complete theme that doesn't require a lot of manipulation on my part. Overall, the design should be clean and presentable.
