hi I plan to setup a educational blog. I am looking for a good wordpress template which is seo friendly and adsense friendly. I know there are millions out there...but would you friends suggest me something... Let me know your favorite template you prefer for blogging and any particular features you like about it? Thanks
One of the most versatile free templates is flexibility: http://www.flexibilitytheme.com/ I have only used flexibility 2 - but now version free is available without the need to even register. One limitation used to be you could only have right hand sidebars (but you could have a header and split it into two) Theme allows you to set colors, widths, header and footer features plus a built in adsense handler
Found a site today with some pretty cool free templates. So I felt like playing around with Turbo Flex Pro Theme Master - WordPress Edition and made some sample WordPress blogs. Night Club Sample WordPress Blog Fashion Hut Sample WordPress Blog Got the free templates over at Free Website Templates.com and just imported them into Theme Master. Maybe you could find some educational templates there. Took about 2 hours to do both sample blogs. John King
Host Gator has some pretty nice educational templates. Download from there and then use Theme Master to create WordPress themes out of them. John
