wordpress template wanted for affiliate news site, installation and set up required

    I need a good template, usual plugins, seo friendly setup for a new affliates blog.

    template does NOT have to be unique but has to have space for various advertising spaces etc. and I need a big RSS logo put on the site ( iff that makes sense )
