anyone know any good wordpress template tutorials, one that teaches you how to make the graphics or one that gives you an example and stuff, like guides you through to make your first template then you go on trying to make your own later. i've been searching for that, i dont think the wordpress site shows all that, just the layouts. help appreciated. thanks!
I am thinking of making a video tutorial where I can one through the design phase to xHTML/CSS and then to Wordpress. I'll let you know when it becomes available.

Not a tutorial per say but the Wordpress Codex contains a ton of information to use as a general reference when building templates.
