wordpress template conversion

    I've got a website at http://princessnicola.com/index2.htm that I'd like to clean it up/redesign it and convert it over to using WordPress. Looking for someone that has experience with WordPress and can get it done ASAP.

    had one or two messages that sounded okay but still looking for someone that might have better experience or portfolio. looking to spend $50 - $100 on this...
